Managing hotel bookings

Rennes Metropolitan District Tourist Information Centre has a hotel booking system.

How it works
After analysing the needs of the conference organiser (number of rooms required, hotel rating, geographical location, etc.), the Tourist Information Centre Conference Department makes a provisional booking in hotels in Rennes and the Metropolitan District.
A booking engine specifically for the conference is created using the information received.
The engine is available in several languages if necessary and is directly accessible on the conference site. It allows the conference participant to sign up for the event and book his or her accommodation with a single click.

Advantages
For the organiser: the guarantee of being able to offer conference participants a selection of quality hotels available on the dates the conference is being held.
For participants: an immediate overview of the hotels available and an easier reservation procedure (direct online reservation).
