You can interupt the commentary at any time by hanging up and when they call back (they can use the redial button on their phone), the commentary starts at the spot where it was interupted, or automatically goes on to the next commentary corresponding to the next position on the tour. To get the service number, visitors procure themselves an Zevisit® card, distributed from tourist offices, shops, hotels and restaurants at the tourist site. The card shows a map of the tour, and numbers that correspond with each commentated stop.
