How to come to Rennes

By car

Rennes is located at the entrance to Brittany; it is a major crossroads and is easily accessible from the surrounding bypasses. The park and ride car parks Poterie, Kennedy, Villejean-Université and Henri Fréville on the outskirts of the city allow you to park your car and travel to the city centre by metro or bus (parking free with a valid public transport ticket).

Important

The metro park and ride car parks are free but are only available for users of the STAR Bus + Metro network. These car parks are monitored. To exit the car park, you will need a valid STAR ticket (current season ticket or ticket stamped in a station other than the one you are leaving).
