To book a service included in your Citypass or in the event of any problem, you can contact our travel advisors on the online chat.

This free service is available during Tourist Office opening hours and allows you to talk directly to our staff. For access, click the icon on the bottom left of the page. For identification purposes, you will be asked for the QR number of your Citypass (available in your Rennes Citypass app).
